Our client had identified a requirement for the relocation of their existing Analytical Sciences Laboratories (>200 m2) to a new central location, replacing offices at ground floor level.

Prochem Engineering was appointed to develop an initial concept and budget, complete detailed design and commissioning.

The area needed to consist of:

Lab Space for:

  • Manufacturing Science
  • Physical Characterisation
  • Protein Characterisation
  • Analytical Science
  • Innovation White Room
  • Write Up Area
  • Walk-in Fridge
  • Consumable Storage Room
  • Waste Management Room

A programme was developed and adhered to which minimised the project timeframe and disruption to existing facilities
