Objectives: Link disconnected Grade D areas. Zero production impact.
To meet new global zoning and GMP standards, our Client needed to construct 400m2 of new Grade D cleanroom in the centre of their production facility.
The new facilities provided:
- GMP personnel links between Primary and Secondary packaging areas.
- Materials and personnel airlocks between Primary and Secondary Packaging areas.
- A new materials airlock between Secondary Packaging and Warehouse.
- Extended change room facilities for entry from street side to Secondary Packaging and Warehouse.
The project challenge was to design the expansion for phased construction, and to complete construction in phases without production impact.
