Significant alterations & reconfigurations were required to our client’s existing R&D office and meeting room accommodation to meet their global standards and branding.
A new visitor entrance and reception area using a new double height building extension was required. This included the development of an open plan flexible working office environment. The design was carried out in line with current energy efficiency standards.
Prochem was the lead consultant on the project and coordinated the CSA, M&E and cost control. Construction value: ~€2M
