Role Summary:

  • We are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to support operations at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Kildare.
  • This role will be 3 days a week on site in Kildare.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate employee training schedules and maintain training records
  • Assist with new starter inductions and onboarding activities
  • Support day-to-day administrative and site coordination tasks
  • Liaise with departments to ensure documentation is up to date
  • Maintain accurate records and support compliance-related administration
  • Assist with meeting coordination, filing, and general office support

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient and have the ability to navigate on-site training and induction systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
  • Experience in a regulated or manufacturing environment is an advantage
