Engineering Readiness Lead
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Engineering Readiness Lead join our client’s facility in Dublin.
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Project Readiness deliverables through the cross functional teams for medium to large scale projects involving either new or existing equipment
- Manage an effective communication chain between Project Readiness team and main Project Leader/Sponsor
- Assist in determining the budget to support requirements
- Propose options to Management/Customer/Stakeholders
- Be able to identify and escalate any risks or roadblocks, including having mitigations in place to ensure delivery of all Project Readiness milestones
Education & Qualifications Required:
- Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 10 yrs experience in biopharma industry, in a project leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in project/program management in fill finish environment.
- Project Management certification, PMI, etc.
- Working knowledge of cGMPs, GLP etc.
